26" slicks on CRX
I'm looking for the guy with the CRX that I believe had 26" slicks on it, under the stock sheet metal, and an H22, with a B series trans. I know he used to visit endyn's board. I had a question about the design of his suspension.
They fit the way you have them, but from the sides, they stick out a lot. His slicks sat flush with the fender if I'm not mistaken.
He didn't utilize the factory strut location either. I believe he had a solid rod coming through the shock tower going to a "see saw" piece and the actually struts were mounted against the firewall. If I'm correct, his CRX had modified frame rails and inner fenders. It was a crazy looking, yet well-engineered, setup. I wish he could post some pics of it here.

Soroush</TD></TR></TABLE> you are talking about lookofsky's tube frame civic, not his unibody crx.

I can't find a pic with the fenders on, but is damn close, even after a little trimming and touch up work.</TD></TR></TABLE>
What did you do to get them to fit on your car?
