The two shocks on left in first pic are torn (the soft spongy like material (im not sure what its called)) but still are ok to use.

Yes the koni yellow is Damper Adjustible.

I would also say that they are hight adjustible to an extent. Their are 3 setting of spring perches for the rear and 2 for the front for the civic/integra application. They arent like coilover adjustible where you can dial in to an exact hight, just settings.

but you don't adjust them like coilovers. You gotta take them apart and set the ring at the bottom to 1 of 3 settings.
