Is there any way to tell what your motor compression is, i.e. 11:1 12:1 etc etc by the compression test reading? My motot is supposedly about a 12.7:1 compression, and my compression test read 250, is there any way to tell if my motor is still near 12.7:1 compression by that reading?

The duration of your cam will affect the compression readings. This is not easily deconvoluted.
