I wake up to this saturday morning.... need help.

I drove the car home from work Friday night (the 13th). I come out to my car in the morning and this is what i see from teh end of my driveway up to my car. Keep in mind the car has not been moved since Friday. I have yet to tear into the car more but, still having trouble locating where the leak is coming from. Anybody have any recommendations?
It probably is the balancer shaft seal. There was a factory recall regarding the seal years ago, where the dealer replaced the seal (if seal is bad) and installed a retainer.
Either:
A) Oil Filter Base Gasket
B) Oil Pressure Sender unit (Sensor)
C) Front Crankshaft Seal or
D) Front Camshaft seal or
E) Counterbalance Shaft seal.
-All on the Left side of the engine.
The Accessories drive belt & pulley appear dry; so that would eliminate the p/s pump as being a sourse.
This appears to be engine oil (from your pictures)
I'd wash off the engine with some brake cleaner and watch for the leak. From what I see, you shouldn't have to wait long.

I dont think it is that one since if it fails, you loose all oil in about 3 seconds time. If Honda has done a t-belt on this car any time within the last 4 years, they would have installed the retainer and or done the recall as part of the service. I did my t-belt on my 1994 accord in 2002 and it was repaired at that tine. When I asked the dealer about the recall being done, they told me that they did it when they replaced the t-belt.
Looks to me like it's coming from the oil filter, or something close to it. But like P said, clean the oil off, then watch closely for the leak to show itself. How much oil did you loose? Hope it's something simple. Good luck.
If you just recently had the oil changed, you could be the victim of Double Gasketing.
IE: old Oil Filter Base seal sticks to block & New Filter w/ it's base seal is installed over it. Happens with some regularity with Fram Filters and some AC Delco.
The Oil Pressure Sender unit resides just above the oil filter.
Watch that area first.

thank you captain obvious.
*edit* MOTOR IS H22 btw. *
I did go ahead and clean as much as I could on the underside, and it looks as if the oil just splattered onto my oil filter as well as all the other parts of the underside.
If you look at this pic.

the bottom side of the timing belt cover is drenched, through some research it means a seal down there is out. I haven't got the tools to take out my crank pulley bolt, and my engine mount just to get the timing belt cover OFF to see if that is really the case.
My idiot friend forgot to mention that he didn't replace the front crank seal when we did my timing belt change last year. So i guess this is IT going out.
I will keep you guys updated.
thanks.

can someone please point out which seals i need in this picture so that I can go get them from Honda or have them ordered please.
most likely will get
Front Camshaft Seals
Front Crankshaft Seal
thanks

One thing I forgot to ask... Does this have a factory Oil Cooler? - the adapter "o" ring could be leaking
Actually, I think you want these Illustrations:
Camshaft Seals:
91213-PR3-004 038 OIL SEAL (29X43X8) (ARAI) - 2 $5.70 $4.20
https://www.hondapartsdeals.co...+1102
Front Cylinder Block Cover seals:
91212-P0A-004 029 OIL SEAL (40X52X7) - 1 $7.57 $5.58
91233-PT0-003 030 OIL SEAL (27X40X8) (NOK) - 1 $6.27 $4.62

There are others, but my 55 year old eye's are giving out (23:55pm Sunday), so I'll look some more in the am

I'm gonna toss in my 2 cents....main crank seal. Mine is leaking to, but just not as bad. If you have'nt already, do the pan gasket. Are there bolts missing from you pan. That's PROBABLY the issue.
yes i believe it does have an oil cooler. i'll check that when i'm able to finally get the timing belt cover off to check.
Before this whole mishap it was leaking while engine was off, after driving to and from wherever i was going. But the leak was very very minor, so out of my ignorance i did not bother with it.
I may go ahead and replace the o-ring for the oil cooler as well.
If anyone has any more ideas please add to the plate, I would like to be as thorough with this process as possible.

Which leads me to believe it may indeed be the front crankshaft seal.
It sounds like the oil does leak while driving, but it pools up (in places like the lower belt cover or a body cross member) and continues to leak when you stop.
For all that's been suggested, it will be interesting who came closest...
Plz let us know.
We've started a pool, contact AFAccord if you want in (NOT) !!

His friend changed the timing belt for him. Chances are he didn't know about the retainer, and didn't put one on. On the pool, put me down for camshaft seal, LOL.
#38 in the supplied illustration are the camshaft front seals (two Required). If the Balancer shaft seal is the same one, fine. But lets see a picture of it.
Both the Crankshaft Front, Rear and Counter balance Seals have bearing inserts just behind them which see full pump pressure; so they see a lot of volume, but only crankcase pressure.
The most criticle places for oil leaks are:
Oil Filter (full pressure)
Oil Sender Unit (full pressure)
Oil Cooler Adapter (H22) (full pressure)
Rear Main Seal (crankcase pressure)
Front Crank Seal (crankcase pressure
Counter Balance Shaft seal (crankcase pressure)
Valve Cover Gasket (crankcase pressure)

Mr P you are correct ,, i took a quick look at picture and jumped the gun # 38 are the cam seals ,,,,when i saw 2 shafts ,i thought they were the lower balancer shaft seals , i did not realize he had a double over head cam.....But i still say it is the bal shaft seal that is leaking and it is not in that picture .. that picture look like from a prelude engine i thought he had an accord,, my mistake,
, i guess i need to pay better attention

Alright i just finished fixing the car. Here is a rundown of what i replaced regardless of whether or not if it was what caused problem. I have the answer to what actually went bad, see end of post for more details.
1. Timing Belt (After taking it off, upon further inspection we found that it had a tear, so I went ahead and replaced it.)
2. Balance Shaft Seal
3. Crankshaft Seal (Main Seal)
4. Camshaft Seals
5. Oil Change with Mobile 1 10w30 (upon draining the oil, i had about 1-2 quarts of oil left so I changed it anyway.)
6. S2000 oil filter.
Lets see here.... Here is a list that i've compiled within the thread of what people think the problem was.
Tech8: Balance Shaft Seal.
BLKFLSH: Camshaft Seal
maroonaccord2.2: Crankshaft Seal (Main seal)
Jay84ever: Oil Pan Gasket
Honda-Master: Balance Shaft Seal
P_Adams: Crankshaft Seal (Main Seal)
After someone gives me an official voting, I will let everyone know what the problem actually was :D
