Default integra transmission swap

ok so my automatic transmission broke last night and i would like to know if it is going to be more expensive to get a manual transmission swap or get another automatic transmission and if i get the manual how much more modifications do they have to do in order to fit the transmission
thanks for your time

i'm no expert on this, but i'll see if i can at least get u started. from my understanding, a manual transmission is cheaper (a little) depending on which one u get. however, to go from automatic to manual will be more expensive than just getting a new automatic. the reason is that other things must be purchased (clutch pedal, shift linkage, etc.) plus the cost of installation because of the extra things that have to be installed and cutting a hole and mounting the clutch pedal. however, i think it would be worth it if u want performance. maybe someone with more knowledge can chime in and help out some more. good luck with whatever u do.
