Since the B20B block is nearly identical to the LS block, just has a bigger bore, I believe it will definitely fit.
It will fit the motor 99.9% as nothing is 100% and if it is going in a 1994-2001 Integra then it should 99.9% bolt right up to the stock exhaust as well. If it is in a Civic or the exhaust isn't stock or something else then all bets are off as far as fitting up to the exhuast without some modifications. Oh yeah I don't have any pics. I assure it is undented and will work exactly like a brand new one just has some surface rust on the bottoms and some scrapes from install and uninstall.
