Default Idle rpms change when using power windows?!?!?

This is a mystery to me. It also happens when i turn on my headlights. Why does this happen? Surely the power drain can't be that much.

Try sitting and idling then suddenly move steering right and left , and watch your idle then. This is if you have PS and underdrive pulleys.
