Bushings....
It's all a matter of what you want to do.
The problem with suspension bushing kits is that you can have it two ways - no middle ground.
On the one hand, you've got the factory OEM suspension bushings. Medium Durometer value (allows some suspension deflection during high stress maneuvers) Designed as a compromise between ride comfort and suspension reaction.
On the other you have Polyurethane Bushings: A high Durometer valve (Hard) which resists compression. An obvious upgrade in suspension performance, but comes at the expense of a supple ride. IE: The first pothole will be an eye opening experience.
If you don't anticipate this project becoming an all-out effort, forgo the Polyurethane route.
I'd suggest:
New strut jounce bumpers
New Upper Strut Mounts

You see them in varying designs on all cars. Their purpose is to protect the suspension from damage by not allowing metal/metal contact if the suspension were to be forced full range.
On Honda's, they are located on the strut shafts (they are like cylindrical donuts) between the moving strut body and the upper strut mount. (both front & Rear struts)
