ive got a 99sh
i wanna lose the stock spoiler and drive without it for a while
but the brake light is on the spolier.... can i still drive with just my rear
tail light brake lights? or do i need the LED on the spolier?

i beleive in california, you need a third brake light. probably the same in most states as well. you can get the third brake light on the rear deck and used that instead of the spoiler LEDs.

 

where do i get one and what should i expect to pay

Get the rear deck from a base model, because base model comes with rear window brake light.
