loose connection? or your gear selecter switch is out of adjustment.
To test the selector switch you can start the car and put it into drive and then wiggle the selector, if the light goes on and off while you are wiggling it. adjust the selector switch or replace it if it is worn.
FOr the cluser the only way you are going to know is by pulling the cluster and testing all of the lights. if you are going to do that, you might as well replace all of the bulbs while you are at it.
