those calipers look soo good btw...I think you might be able to do something similar just put a tube like that so it routes air infront of the caliper

Cool idea, I guess you could make one yourself really easily. Just mount the duct in your front bumper grill and take it to your brakes. DO A DIY!!!!

some cars have the vents/ducts on the front bumper. but channeling the air directly onto the rotor is what im interested in. For the most part, the hoses need to be taken out for daily driving.

I have been told by the pro's that ducting actually keeps your brakes cooler than a expensive big brake kit.

i've seen a similar one off takakaira before. it doesn't have the duct like you pictured but some fins on the flaps behind the front bumper that woudl reroute incoming air to the brakes but doesn;t seem as effective as the method you showed

http://www.sandmracing.com/m_b05_ducts.html

however apparently the only application of this is in japan and in hardcore SCCA racing

i dont think its the same.

i plan on hitting my brakes hard for a good period of time, i dont want warped rotors.

it is the same..

its a honda, lightweight... unless your pushing a whole shitload of power, you wont have problems with brake fade, warped rotors, etc..

<- ran his GSR powered EH at Summit Point with removed shields, autozone rotors, and Cobalt pads for a weekend and did not experiency any fade, or warpade... **** I drove back home too..

When I start to get faster, ill upgrade to 11" R rotors to disapiate the heat better throughout the rotors..

Air is still directly getting on them, just not as concentrated.
