Default NEED HELP ASAP NO SPARK

Ok i got a 92 honda accord. The car won't start. I'm getting no spark. This is what i've done:

Changed out timing belt and water pump. Did it 3 times and everything lines up.
Changed out spark plugs, wires, rotor button, and cap. Changed out the dizzy and rebuilt 2 dizzy with new parts. I also tried both dizzies that i rebuilt on another car it sparks and works fine. All the fuses have been check. Changed out the ecu also even 4 different main relay. I got voltage going to the dizzy and wires, just making sure the harness isn't shorted out. Ground wires are all on. If anyone got some ideas let me know. The ecu came from a running car.
