need help asap honda guru!!!!!
my 93 acura legend is having some problems.....when it's cold it starts right up, then i drive it around for a while and stop the car for like 15 minutes. when i come back to turn it back on it wont start, but it cranks over alot. if i give it another 20 minutes to rest it starts right up after. what do you guys think???
agree with the Main Relay answer. you can spay some throttle cleaner or parts cleaner in the intake (spay some but don't dump half a can in the intake) and try to start the car when it doesn't start. It means that you have no fuel. Which in most case the relay is out if it still doesn't start well you got to start looking some where else. good luck!!

If your main relay was the problem, great, problem solved.. If not, here is my opinion on what is wrong: The coolant temperature sensor is probably going bad. When these sensors fail, they tend to fail "cold." That is, they mistakenly report a "cold engine" to the ECU. When you start the car in the morning, everything's fine, because the engine is cold. But when the engine gets up to operating temperature, it won't re-start because the ECU thinks the engine's still cold. So it dumps a lot fuel through the injectors (which it should, for a cold engine) and the engine floods. Then, when the engine cools down sufficiently not to flood, it'll start fine again.

I've confirmed this with one of our Master Techs here and this could be the problem also. You learn something new everyday.
