99-00 front foglight opinonis?

99-00 front foglight opinonis?
what do you guys think about a colored 99-00 civic with a black lip and foglights that have the black outer housing. does this look too much or does it look good. i think it looks more clean without the fogs but sometimes at night i wish i had them. help me choose

alot of poeple rock fogs. i think they only come in that GM ccolor and black. alot of people paint it to match. but i think im most cases it looks better mismatched.
