PICS ARE IN...
Mother ****** rear ended me while i was parked on the side of the road...hazards on with a group of people at night. It was still bright as expletive since we were next to a dealership.
My leftrear quarter is bent. Control arm is bent in so my tire is crooked. Driver door is bent to ****. Left corner of the bumper is shattered as well as the tail lights.
I'm so ******* pissed guys.
It was a red eh2 with a b16 swap...
I went to the hospital as well due to my neck feeling a little weird but xrays show i'm straight!

Try to get as much out of his insurance. Buy a new car and keep this one as a beater

Sorry to tell ya, but if the LCA is bent, a solid piece of metal, then chances are its bushings are fucked, and the subframe may have damage, and considering the age of your car, there gonna try to total it. Blue book value does NOT equal what there really selling for. Part it out, thats all I can reccomend, but don't let em total it, cause then there takin the car, and they'll part it out and make a lot of money.

Sad but true...your best bet would be to rip out some goods before they take (especially the swap) and sell it to get more money towards your next project.

I was thinking about this too. Am i allowed to strip the bitch then have them take it away and give me the insurance money as well?

Am i allowed to take my motor out along with some other **** i've got and then say if they do total it...they give me money as well?

Yeah he has insurance but my car is a 95...i doubt they will NOT total it cus it makes more sense to them money wise to total it.

I just want to know if i'm allowed to take the parts out of my car and let them take it as is...and still give me money

I had the same thing happen to me but DON'T TELL THEM YOU WANT TO GET PARTS OFF! I did that with Geico and they had my car towed before I could get any parts off they will screw you over get the OEM PARTS BACK ON AND QUICKLY!
