Previous owner hacked and cut some wires, tapped some wires. and I dont know where they all go. Looking to use some ones harness, anyone with a helping hand would be greatly appreciated..

I dont got an EX, but I am fairly certain that white 'plug' is a distribution block. I believe it has some grounds shared in there, as well as +12v. All four of the underdash harnesses I have also use one of those blocks.

What is cut, near the block? Give me all the colors of all the cut wires, I may be able to help.

A brown with silver dash's is T'd
And theres a thicker Silver with Pink wire, with a wire inside of it that is cut.

There may be others Id have to check.

 

where does the tee go after it leaves the brown wire? does it look like this?

Yes sir it is! At first I posted the exact same question (thats why I had the picture handy ) and everyone was surprised and told me to shrink wrap it immediately and honda would never do that!

Well, not only was that on one of my harness but all four I have right here.

So lets figure out this other cut wire. Just one more in question, and its coming off of that green plug? when you say thicker silver wire with a pink stripe, and another wire within that... what do you mean? Is this silver/pink wire shielding the wire inside of it?

 

yes, its shielding another wire. I think there might be another 2 wires. I also know one of the black ground wires is tapped somewhere to. Im about to go out to my car and get all the info..
