ecu throwing code 5
what could it be if my car throwing code 5....I know has something to to do with vaccum or manifold need help asap....think this is what is causing my car do die at idle now...

found this problem out now is throws code 16...lol...which is injector....could than mean fuel rail and or fuel pump or what???...trying to figure out why my car hesitates and found out throwing code 16...cleared them all out and that one only came back...
