Inspect your tires throughly for bubbles or bulges. If you find a bubble or bulge you should drive as slow as you can to your local tire store and have them replaced asap. Or even safer remove the rims and take a different car.

Have you checked your pressure lately? What is it?

check your suspension for loose parts raise your front end and wiggle your tires from side to side and up and down for any play, sounds to me like a ball joint or tie rod end rarely will a tire make a thumping noise just my 2 cents

sounds like your tires are choppy...caused by uneven wear from bad toe adjustment....more than likey the inner edge...

have you done an alignment within 15K miles? if not..get one...

Its not my front suspension because i changed my axles and checked everything joints etc everything looks to be very tight BUT i was thinking that with the tires uneven wear and tear so what iam going to do is change my tires no not buy new once since i just put all season falcan tires on my sisters civic and see if that will eliminate the noise keep you posted thanks for your help guys

I still think it would be useful to check your alignment your alignment might be causing that uneven wear and tear the uneven wear and tear is what causes the noise the problem could be easily corrected by paying an hour of labor to get your car aligned if you don't get your car aligned you won't necessarily know what caused the noise or what caused the tires to wear unevenly btw most people use punctuation between their sentences so they don't all run together like this do you really talk like this in person it makes it really hard to understand your posts i'm sure you want people to understand you so they can answer your questions punctuation will help you any time you want to make yourself understood it's a good idea to throw in a period at the end of each sentence and to start each sentence with a capital letter people will understand you better good luck with the alignment and with figuring it out take care

When I first read this I was surprised that you would make such blatant poor use of grammar. Then I realized that you were just being sarcastic *****. I love it...lol

Cheers.
