Hey, im from the UK and im wanting some of these optional skirts and rear bumper extensions!



Acura/Honda dont sell this kit anymore do they? Where on earth can i get them from?!

Also there is a line of black seperating them from the bodywork, is this like a rubber seal or something? Eitherway it looks wicked!

 

they look hot...

but a lot of type r enthusiast dont like it for some reason..

I have a set.. and even im debating wether or not i should install them...

if anything.. last Summer i was in Long Island, NY .. and an acura dealer in little rock said they had a set...

But ya.. it does look hot

 

Who cares what others think, i think they look sweet, and theres only one or two cars over here with them!

I got a 96spec JDM teg with 98spec bits rolling on te37's!

 

well if thats the case.. only 1 or 2 Itrs here with em..

How much was the oem kit new? I just did some research and rocketz sell replica ones, any idea what these are like? Or do people just hate them cos they are replica?

The kit is rare and pretty hard to find right now. A lot of people are lookin for sets but since Honda/Acura stopped making em, its pretty difficult to find a new set. If you can settle for used, try eBay but make sure its OEM cuz its gonna fit like **** if its not. Hope i have helped

 

And yes, im pretty sure the black line is a rubber seal meant to protect the paint underneath.

 

good luck finding a set, they are definetly a hard find.

 

I personally..would get the carbon fiber optional kit with the rear valances...yes i know its not oem but they look awesome with some spoon cf mirrors and a cf hood..

Another problem is gonna be finding someone who will ship them to the UK!?

 

Somone is selling them in the itr for sale forums. check the last 3 pages or so. I am selling the side skirts

 

The oem kit looks sick, especially on a wingless teg. Go for it.

not too hard to find. Lot's of people were/are selling them on ht, but expect to pay extra for them since they stop production of them. Paid $850 shipped new for my sides and rear off ht.. imo, worth every penny
