Default HotShot heaers??????

trying to get a few more opinions, found these off my budds old setup pretty banged up but should i throw em on my h22a? i got intake highflowcat and apex wsII catback exaust and im running on OEM H22a headers...well just wanted to get you opinion...and the 2 piece thing held together by bolts or whatnot will that effect the back pressurer negatively or positively...heres some pics.....

eww. either that's rust or a bad exhaust leak. hotshot quality suck imo.

That header has been shown to make VERY good power, especially for the money. And unlike the post above says, HotShot quality is actually quite good. The only problem is its made for civic chassis with the H22 swap, so I'm not sure if it will fit your lude without some work. If you can get it in there though its a good header

They will not fit the Prelude without modifications.

my hotshot headers made some pretty good power with it and it looked worst then yours

ya for the first guy who wrote...they were tuned and they said hotshot made more then a custom tubular header , oem and dc by far but what scares me is holding it together with bolts...i might have to adjust every 5 days or somthing...

im sure you could get a muffler shop to weld it together if you are that worried......

im pretty sure i read before that you had to hack up the cross member to get these headers to fit in the prelude

no hacking up crossmembers lol id rather not do that....but if it fits in reasonobly easy should i keep these for a while or just go RMF

well it wont fit with the cross member...i have 2 options i can weld a v type custom pype to fit under it...more bends GRRR.... and use em or i can just run oem for like 4 months till i get a spsm
