Default Smog test on a mildly built z6?

I am dropping in a mildly built z6 into my my 91hb.
Whats being done to the motor:

a6 pistons
Cometic .030 Headgasket
head milled .020
Crower stage 1 cam
Skunk2 cam gear
I/H/E
Bringing my compression to about 10.6:1

I bought the car and havent switched the title over yet beacuse the car had a blown ZC in it. I am pretty sure after the switch of title I would have to get it smogged. Would there be any problems getting this car smogged?

If your cat is good and clean and you dont advance your timing then youll be fine

Ive smogged my 12:1 D16 with a delta 272 cam and an old cat and passed pretty easily, this was in canada btw, emissions are a bitch up here

Just finished putting my timing belt on. My friend who put it on for me said it was less than a tooth off. Is that a lot and should I be worried?

A tooth retarded or advanced

You have to take into account that I have a a thinner headgasket and milled the head .020, and i said "less than a tooth." When i looked at it, when the cam gear was at TDC the mark on the crank looked a little off. The tooth on the crank side make a U shape the timing line is on the front of the U while I was lined up with the back section of the U but on the same tooth. I will try to get a pic, kind of hard to explain.

You'll have to seek other measures to get your ride registered.

Please email me with any CA smog/registration related questions.
