Default weird bubbly water noise inder my dash when i rev to 2-4000

k when i start the car i hear something bubbling under my driver side dash coming from the hood close to the firewall. I dont know what it is and when i drive for like 30 min it gets quieter. It usually happens around 2-4000 rpm??

You are low on coolant or have lots of air in the system. It gets quieter as it heats up because the fluid is expanding and pushes some of the air out.

You should first confirm that it is low.
All you need to do from there is fill it up and make sure there is some in the overflow bottle. After a couple heat cycles it will bleed it self.
