Default Supercharger application question..

Last winter i swapped a H22a into my 93 civic ex coupe..

i've been deliberating on what to do this winter, and i think i finally know what i want to do. Jackson Racing makes a supercharger for 97-01 H22a's - i called and talked to a tech and he told me it would work on my 93 H22a (he said it was the same motor) but i would need to change a few things as far as the wiring is conserned.

My consern is that the supercharger isnt going to fit in my engine bay. He couldn't give me the exact dimensions of it, and any of you who have seen H22a swapped civics know that there isnt that much play room, especially because i kept PS.

I'm pretty sure that i need to re-locate my fuel pump, battery, and lose PS and maybe remove my heater?

I would like some information about adding this supercharger. Is is the JR Charger good? has anyone seen it in action/heard good things about it? Will it fit in my engine bay? What modifications do i need to do not only to the engine bay, but to the charger to make it work with my motor? Are there any Superchargers out there that would better fit my application? Can anyone put me in contact with someone who has a Charged H22a swapped civic?

i'd appreciate any information you have... TIA

Try in the forced induction forum.

JRSC's are good, but they won't make overwhelming power. I'm pretty sure that it will fit, but it's definitely going to be tight and there will be a lot of moving and losing. If you want to limit what you lose, try going with a nice turbo set up, it will net you a lot more gains especially with that engine, and in your case a well thought out custom setup may be easier to pull off. I'm not 100% sure on everything, so like I said, try the FI forum and see what the guys who frequent there have to say.
