AWD all the time?

there's oversea model with awd and there's an awd civic wagon too.
it wouldn't hurt a thing
awd should be realtime/all the time(think STI, CR-V), if you can switch the drive torque application(highway>snow>mud, etc), it would be 4wd(think landcruiser, big 4x4 truck)

even if you had 4 wheel drive why would you leave it engaged all the time for?? you waste more gas,,..
