i have a obd2 integra ls teg turbo . i have been try to get a obd1 ecu chip to work on my car but every time i put a chip obd1 ecu in my car it throws a engine code but it wont let me check it, plus it dose not let me drive or rev pass 4000 it sound like a launch control. anything will help thanks

 

SOUND LIKE THE ECU IS BAD..SOMETIME AFTER A ECU HAS BEEN CHIP WRONG IT WILL NOT REV PAST 3000RPM AND NO CODE INFO...
