Default 93 Prelude Si needs motor work. Lots of extras: Konig, Eibach in Kentucky

Everything on the car or in the pics are included

93 Prelude Si with 140,000 miles
Motor was rebuilt at 110,000 miles, but evidently not right.
H23A1 motor that needs shortblock. Oilpan has shavings, prolly from bearing failure.
AEM CAI
DC Sports Header
DC Sports Catback Exhaust
Eibach Sportline springs (new in box, not installed)
17" Konig Traffic wheels w/205/40/17 tires good tread
Optima Red top battery
New OEM floormats and old floormats
JDM Prelude shift **** with red stitching, and red stitched shift boot
Stock seats recovered in black leather and red stitching front and rear. Driver's seat shows a little wear, but not bad at all. Other seats are almost perfect.
Red Altezza taillights and stock taillights included

What it needs: There's a picture of the oilpan. It either needs an H23 shortblock, or a longblock. I'll sell it "as is", or I'll sell it fixed. I'm picking up a shortblock this weekend, but it's for an H22. The car started and ran when I got it. It was trailered home to keep from damaging anything else. Paint is in VERY good shape. Needs to be waxed, but no dents or dings. It has a rebuilt title because of a prior accident. Hood, passenger fender, and bumper was replaced.

$3,500 as is with all parts
$4,500 drive it home

It was all in there when I got the car so I'm not too sure. I think the **** came from a JDM Prelude?
