Thanks for the replies. It is an "SiR" hood, and the corresponding JDM headlights. Technically, looking at the vac. routing diagram under the hood, it's off of a JDM EF2 (1.5l 16 valve dual carb. 25X). Those hood's are not SiR exclusive. The Rota's are bronze. They look pretty good on my yellow CRX too 
Yes, that is my original USDA choice front bumper. As anyone can see, the US bumper does fit. Here's another pic from 1999 when I first got the parts, and before paint.
