And why is the timing belt off the cam gear? and the alternator painted?

Need more info on the motor, trans etc man c'mon

the alternator is not painter the timing bet is off because i took the head off to inspect the valves pistons and cylinder walls.the engine ran great stop by my house and take a look at it yourself. by the way its put all back together.
