heres the deal i run a clean si htach. cars driving fine but , yesterday morning i come to go to work n pouf no juice i check the battery boom its running 9 volts.

so i change it for a nice beefy eleminator batt . car starts up fine . then i decide to run it around the block minutes later this god damm honking noise starts eminating from the front of my car . so i now know its the damm horn in the bumper depending on how u touch the bumper, u can make the horn do the weird noise. its hella annoying on the highway. oh the noise will continue even after a turn the car off but i turn it back on and the noise disappears.

does any1 know what the hell causes this? if so how do u fix it?

 

check the wires leading to the horn for a short to ground.

 

yeah il check that today its gotta be a bad ground hmmm but say the horn isnt making noise can it possibly drain the battery?? since theres voltage going to it still ???

 

lol thanks i just unpluged the little bastard and hoooked up an old alram horn to a switch hehehe works great!
