1)Wash them really really really well.
2)Sand them with like 320grit
3)Make sure they're clean of any reminence
4)Spray em
5)Clear coat em

I think that should be good.

uh oh, your gonna have to shave some of your caliper if you want them to fit on your car, i don't know what exactly you have to do but i have heard that these don't fit on some vehicles and that you have to file or shave down the caliper.

I'm sure someone will chime in and tell you what exactly you have to do.

they just don't fit, you have to shave the top of the caliper. the caliper is too big for the wheel.

Hey Vero, do you have a pic? I've got a black hatch and I was gonna paint my slips this weekend. I'm open to color choices. I was gonna go with bronze.

you can either do this:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by FBP_Si &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=555391</TD></TR></TABLE>
or another way people do it, would be 5mm wheel spacers.
i've heard some say this works just fine, but i also heard some people say to use with extended studs

Hey dumbass, the owner of that car is a female, and those are her race wheels. Check user name Amy Del Sol for further info.

I purchased a set of wheel spacers from the local auto parts store because my hx wheels wouldn't clear my ex front brake calipers. They're the UNIVERSAL Mr. Gasket - Wheel Spacer, 1/4'' Thick (about 6mm), Fits 4-''4.25'', 4-Lug Bolt Pattern...they did the trick for me. Plenty of clearance and no need for extended studs. $23.00 at O'Reily Auto Parts.

Here they are at JEGS: http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs...18581

However, these are just temporary, I'm actually looking into getting some 3mm spacers to tighten up the gap.
