Default 93 Integra Trunk area leaking problem

I have a 93 integra gs and the trunk has been leaking for a while, not to bad but recently its really been getting bad. I read on a forum a while back that theres some seal on each side of the rear bumper mount that might be cracking or deteriorated. Please advise thanks

Chances are it's your tailight seals that are leaking. Easy to replace (pop out tailights, swap gaskets, re-install). Another way to find out where the water is comming from is to take apart your truck's interior, put a small friend inside, close hatch and then use a hose on your car and have the guy inside look around to see where the water is comming from.

easier solution- i waited until it was full of water took a drill and really small drill bit, drilled in the middle of the puddles, no water since

yup and open your car up to get cancer....good idea

you tail-light seals could be toast, if you have a sunroof look to see if the drains are cloged

Yeah, to look at the drain tubes, you need to pull off the back interior panels.

But, as a heads up, I thought I had a trunk leak as well. Because I saw which probably was a trail of water, and my back floor behind passenger seat was sopping wet. Then to relize, my passenger side airduct was the problem.

So I was looking at the wrong end of the car the whole time .

Just something to consider, what year is your integra?
