Well I frequent a computer hardware forum http://forums.anandtech.com they also happen to have a for sale/for trade forum. We use http://www.heatware.com as a reference guide on members. When a transaction is completed you leave a postive or negative evaluation for the seller or buyer. I suppose its sorta like ebays feedback system. I guess online fraud will always be around no matter what but you can use feedback systems like so to prevent such causes... ive heard of too many deals that have gone south here..just wanted to suggest this
