umm... they should fit fine. if they are VX wheels which are 13" they won't fit. hx's are 14's

They're HX for sure. They look very different, so there's no mistaking that...Would it be unsafe if they're all scraped up inside? Would it compromise the integrity (strength) of the wheels?

there scraping because the ex's have bigger brakes in front compared to dx,cd,hx model civics.just shave down the brake caliper untill no more scraping.theres a write up on this .
