I just recently purchased a 91 hatch si and have a few questions...number one question is the power difference...this car feels like a dog compared to my 90 teg which by no means was fast it just had alittle more get up and go; is this normal, is there that much difference between the single over cam in the hatch and the dual over head in the rs teg or could something be wrong???all maintance has been done and its in pretty good shape...second question is obviously no rear disc in the hatch how much trouble to swap over the rear disc brakes from my 90 teg to the hatch and also what else can I swap from my teg over to my hatch ie; head,sway bar etc...thanks in advance...

 

a rear disc swap isnt that hard... theres step-by-steps all over the place... just search... and your teg had something called torque... sohc's dont really have that so thats why your teg felt faster... in all actuallity it isnt a lot faster but thats the wonder of torque... anyways just do a good tune up on her and you should be able to tell a little bit of a difference but it wont ever feel like a b18
