I take my car for a spin tonight, get it warmed up and the like. When I hit it from below 2500 RPM, instead of getting the normal bogging sound, I could feel the engine shudder. If I eased on as not to bog, the car would run terrific. This is a CRX with a DOHC ZC swap. This is a very recent problem (tonight), and when I tired to start it again it took about 5 seconds of turning over to catch (motor is warm now). It also idled funny, it would sit at 700 rpm for like 4 seconds, then drop to 5 when it was fully warm. Any insight?

This shouldnt have anything to do with it, but i realized my intake and exhaust cams are both off a tooth. The car ran great beforehand, so I dont know why tonight would be any different.
