should be fine. just flows a tad more air. if your keeping the hf motor for mpg reasons then thats koo but i would just go ahead and find a si motor and matching tranny. makes getting onto the freeway a lot easier lol, one of the reasons i retired mine.

update: i put everything together and the car starts and runs BUT there is fuel squirting out of the top of every injector where the injector and rail connect. are the fuel rail inlets for the injectors different between HF and SI, does anyone know? or maybe just new o rings would be enough? thanks. could that have something to do with the fuel pressure regulator on the rail?? i have the vacuum hooked up to it i dont see how it could not be working

OK i looked at the rail where the rail mounting points touch the manifold and there is half an inch of space there!! i thought wow thats not normal so i went and put the injectors in the old HF setup (manifold and rail) and its the same exact thing..am i doing something wrong here. /...

UPDATE: okay i fixed the fuel problem...and i was on my friend's account before.

so now the car idles fine doesnt seem to be leaking anything but there is a massive amount of white smoke coming from the engine as well as from the exaust, im pretty sure the smoke from the engine is just the massive amount of coolant i spilled before drying off but the smoke from the tailpipe i cant explain, is it maybe an issue with the manifold gasket i know there is a coolant passage next to runner #4

Since your car wasnt smoking before there is a good chance the problem is related to something you un-gasketed and crackerrigged back on. By the way can I put your front plate on the prelude?
