or well im gonna be trading the guy parts and some cash for his turbo kit....what is the best way to do this so i dont get fucked??
i dont wanna send my parts..and not get the kit

There is one way you might try...make sure you ship through FedEx or UPS since you can control with tracking. Find out first what the transit time will be for your stuff to reach him. Have the other guy ship his stuff on the same day and provide you with tracking info. If he doesn't give you the info before your shipment arrives you can call and have delivery cancelled. That, and perhaps he'll let you hold onto the cash until you have both delivered the goods, then you can complete the deal by sending the rest of the money after you get your turbo.
