Default Spark Plugs

Ok, so like a month ago my dad changed the spark plugs on my car, and yesterday when i was looking under my hood i got curious to check the condition of my spark plugs. But when i pulled one out, it was a Motorcraft. Would not running NGK's cause any difference in performance?

Not really but I would really only run ngk's since it's oem and they work and work for a while.

I think the biggest thing you'll notice is longevity.

I doubt there would be any difference in performance from different spark plugs. Even if there is, the difference would be extremely minimal. I ran NGK Iridiums but after a water mishap, I had to quickly change to a set of cheap Bosch plugs from Autozone. I didn't notice a change at all.

with FI you'll want a good set of NGK's.
