Default over heating problems

i have been racing my civic for a while and didn't check the oil (i know i'm a dumbass) it started overheating today so i checked the oil and barely any left so i put some in and it started stalling as i tried to drive it. its a 5 speed. i think there may be a problem with my alternator too because it would barely click over sometimes. i am going to change the oil to see if that helps and i put water and antifreeze in. i am worried the engine could still crack if i drive it. i don't know what could be wrong can anybody help me? my email is crassyouth@nm.ru if you have any ideas or want to help please send me email.

Could be a head gasket. Having no oil is no good but your oil light in your car should have turned on. Are you having to add coolant often??
