Default CLutch problems??

i got a 96 honda accord ex sedan. light mods consisting of gready headers, aem cold air intake, 2.25inch piping wit custom exauhst, and port and polish. anyways i replaced my clutch less than a year ago with a blaktrax stg3, 4 puck clutch and fidanza fly wheel. it was ok at first with a grind in 3rd gear, but now it appears to be goin out!! or is it not? well the clutch pedal is all the way to the floor with no presure, can beraly shift in and out of gears..wtf?? could it be somthin other than the clutch? perhaps fuids? or somthin else? i spent gang of money to replace this and dont wanna have to do it again. i spent like total of 600 shipped for clutch and flywheel and like 400 for install, thats half a swap!! am i goin to have to do this again?

5th Generation Accords use a hydraulically actuated clutch release mechanism.
The first place you should check is this system; particularly both the Clutch Master Cylinder and the Clutch Slave Cylinder.
If the Clutch Master Cylinder should be leaking, it most often shows up inside on the firewall where the actuator rod goes thru from the pedal to the Cylinder.
The Slave cylinder is a lot easier to diagnose, it's right out in the open.

A quick test would be to refill the systems fluid reservoir, bleed the system and see if it starts shifting again. If it does, you've found your problem.
If it doesn't, you've most likely got a defective Clutch Pressure Plate

About 6 to 7" to the left of the Brake Booster/Master Cylinder. Directly in front of the Clutch Release Pedal. Refer linked Illustration from Clutch Control System.
