I spent the whole day washing, waxing, vacuuming, and tie-ing up all the loose ends on my crx. This was my 1st car and i loved it to pieces. It was a blast to drive, and will be terribly missed.....on Dec. 12 i was driving down the road, couldnt be happier cuz i JUST fixed my car, and it was driving good again when some 70 year old fuckbag ran a stopsign cuz he thought he could beat me thru the intersection, well when i saw him i honked and he just stepped on the brakes in the middle of the street!! causing me to plow into him...oh yea, he was driving a 3500 Heavy Duty Silverado with diamond plate bumpers. his truck was fine. my car is now about 5 inches shorter...

i told my folks and the insurance that its all fixable and i think we should just try it, but they said its not worth it, just claim it as a total loss.....(im not ready to let go yet tho) but if they total it then i doubt ill buy it back...i needa car to drive not another project...
all the goodies i bought are all in my room just chillin now....

If someone with a big *** truck hit me and after the collission (assuming I was in good condtiion) I would find whatever parts flew off of my car and then prceed to hurl them into his pathway with intentions of causing as much destruction as possible.

damn man...im in TX too....i fear that as well since the ppl with damn trucks have a habit to run across you....happened to me a couple of times this morning....im thinkin of puttin enough hidden Fogs on my car ...just so i can blind the hell out of them till they run into a wall or something....

just found out today thati lost the claim and based on the speed and impact of collision or some bullshit they said, the accident couldve been prevented and i get nothing! wtf 
to the old ****** fuckbag that cant drive....he lied to the officers and said my headlights were off, and on top of that he gotta citation for failure to yield right of way and htis is MY fault??? wtf
