Default 1994 Accord EX no rear running lights?

Thanks in advance, any help would be great.

I have a 1994 Accord EX 4dr auto that has no rear running lights. Brake lights work when applied and so do the turn signals. I try to replace the blown 15 amp fuse up front in engine bay, but as soon as I put a new 15 amp fuse in it blows. Same thing happens with a 20 amp. I have replaced all of the bulbs on both sides in the rear except the lower side laps which are in the bumper. The instument cluster lights seem to have failed at the same moment. Is this some kind of relay???
Again thanks very much.....

Try it again with no bulbs.
If that blows the fuse unplug your headlight switch and try it again.
Check around all of your wires while your going through those things just to check for bare wires.
Also has the car been wrecked?

I will take out the bulbs again and see it the fuse blows. I do not know where to unpug the head light switch. It is located on the left stalk of the steering column so I assume that there are some molex (plastic) connectors on the steering column itself? Please tell me if this is the correct locale for the head light switch.
The car was backed into but only in a parking lot? I have not thought that the two may be related???

Thanks again and will post my finding tomorrow morning.

I have a same problem with my Accord 91. Half of the break lights work while the other half does not. I have changed the bulbs. Still no difference. I guess I need to check all the fueses.

Still not fixed, I have had all of the lights out and the fuse still blows when I put one in. I have not yet had the time to unplug head light switch. I am on to that as the next step. Will update. Any additional info or suggestion is most welcome.

Thanks again,
Eden

Hello I'm new here...My dash and running lights are out..I can see my drive shift lights only and all my fuses have been checked and I was told they were fine..so its assumed that its the switch...before they went completely out it appeared to have a short and instead of turning the handle fast I would turn it slow and my dash and running lights came on...now I cant do that anymore so I need a new switch...any ideas where I can find that for my 94 Accord LX Wagon? Help please...
