Alright I just bought a beat up 92 Teg with a pretty built LSVTEC
B18A1 Block
Polished GSR Crank
JDM B16A2 Head and IM
YS1 GSR Trans w/ LSD
Stage 4 Clutch
Wiseco 11.5:1 Pistons
Eagle 4340 Rods
Valve Springs
Titanium Retainers
Hasport Replacement Mounts
B&M FPR and Gauge
MSD Sparkplug Wires
Hondata S100
Short Shifter
ARP
Head Studs
Rod Bolts
Flywheel Bolts
I bought it so that I can drop the motor in my 93 Civic EX Coupe. I used to have my D16Z6 boosted and I miss the boost when driving this car even though the VTEC is amazing. My question is can I run any boost on this motor without detonation. And if so how much I was thinking very conservative around 5.

Nah, i think your lame cause your post title sucks.
Maybe get a thicker headgasket and Upgrade the S100 to B or since the ECu is chipped Uberda, Chrome....

Well I live in Oregon and I'm in Portland like every weekend so I would have someone at TorqueFreaks tune it. Thats where the motor was built, I guess right now it's putting down 230 at the wheels all motor. No cams, header, intake manifold, or throttle body. You think 8 is actually possible on pump gas.

Maybe 230 on an engine dyno, but that has a snowballs chance in hell of making 230 whp.
