Im done with coupes
Whats goin on fellas? I just recently crashed my 96 coupe with an ls/vtec set up. the car is done so im just going to scrap it and move on. im plaining on buying a 99 hatch next week and i have enought to to a swap asap but what do you guys recomend for a nice dependible swap besides k series. Also what mods should i make to it..? thanks a lot guys.

</TD></TR></TABLE>I agree with this to an extent. You will have some clearance issues with your oil pan and your exhaust manifold. Weight will also be an issue. I believe that the h22 weighs ~ 450-475 lbs. You could always go with a dry sump oil system and then do a custom header or turbo it and have a custom downpipe. What ever you do, keep us posted. Sad to see you leave the coupe world.

just get a boosted b16a gReddy turbo it...or stay stock and tune it to the fullest of it's N/A engine..Don't say goodbye to coupes just say brb..dont even trip! even tho HB's rule over coupes...

Key word being DEPENDABLE! IMO, B-series is the only dependable swap for the EK Civics. Even that leaves you with quit a few options though. I would personall avoid ls/vtec or b20/vtec, simply because it introduces another failure mode.
