I have a 95 accord with instrument light that lights when i wack the intrumernt cluster it is not the grrn tint but the bulb that i can see the speed and tack at night.A number 74 buld i think .How do i get to this bulb.I have remove the two top screws undide the plastic under the steering wheel remove the plate I see the other lights are on but where is that white bulb located?
