you basically have to remove the timing belt, which there are many threads on how to do this. then you remove all the cam caps, cam gears, and then you can replace the seals. while you're at it i would suggest replacing every seal you can, and the timing belt and water pump (and auto-tensioner if you have one). it will save you time and money later down the road.

pretty sure he's referring to the plastic ring that tends to leak oil on just about every Honda through ~2002. its commonly called the cam seal but doesn't actually involve camshaft removal.

basically, you just remove the valve cover, replace the seal with a better aluminum one, reapply hondabond to everything (should probably replace the valve cover gasket too) and bolt the cover back on.

you just need the torque values for the valve cover bolts and the correct tensioning order. I'll see if I can find them later - have to do the same project myself in a few weeks.

Just take off the valve cover, and i beleive you remove one more part. I'm not sure since it's been over a year. But it's pretty straight forward.

Just don't break those valve cover bolts off, they only require around 10lbs of tq

For the t-belt cam seals then yes the t-belt needs to be removed + others. If he's talking about the Intake cam seal behind the solenoid then no the belt doesnt need to be removed.
