so my buddy has a 1998 prelude vtec, none SH, and wants to get an intake(short ram). what intake gives a good yield of power, isnt to loud but sounds good, and looks nice with good fitment. it also must be carb exempt. any help would be appreciated

Short answer: get one off ebay

 

AEM short ram comes with a carb sticker for the actual intake, and paperwork to keep in the glovebox.
