ABS light comes on after a few minutes of driving. Yet ABS functions normally.
Hello I have a 1994 accord Ex about 145k on it and the ABS comes on everytime I drive after a few minutes of driving and stays on. The ABS still functions properly though. I have checked the main brake fluid level and its full.
Thanks for any advice.

You should be able to jumper the service connector and get a 'flash' code from the ABS light

(this wasnt a honda, this was a mitsubishi) still might be helpfull
Okay so I did this and got a ABS code of 1 blink pause then 3 blinks which according to the helms manual is a high pressure leakage problem. So according to pg 19-81 it has me try to detect a leak from the modulator unit. Well I could not detect a leak from the modulator unit, however in the next step it asks me to turn the ignition on and see if the modulator pump is operating. Now I am not sure but I hear a weird buzz sound and it does feel like something is moving. Now when I turn off the ignition I hear a real high pitch hissing sound coming from the modulator unit. Is this normal? The next thing it asks me to check for I dont think I can. It asks me to disconnect the modulator unit 14p connector and after 30 minutes check for continuity between the modulator unit 14p connector no. 4 (yel) and no. 11 (blk) terminals. How the hell do I do that? Lol!
btw the hissing sound is coming from underneath the modulator unit.
Thanks alot for all your help.

I'll tell you a way to test the check valve easier..take a pen and mark the level in the reservoir, then go start the car and see if the fluid level drops a good amount; then shut off the car and watch to see if the fluid level rises back to the mark...if this happens you have a bad check valve.
The reason the check valves go bad is from lack of fluid changes in the ABS unit...water sinks to the bottom.
The Bad News is you can't buy the check valve by itself...a salvage yard unit is your best option
The test that the manual is wanting you to try is the pressure switch
