H22 ek idle problems

H22 ek idle problems
so i got a h22A in my ek it starts and idles fine but if i were to get on it and come a complete stop right after it hessitates and want to cut off. i've tried turnin the throttle screw down but that doesn't help it just revs high and low and wants to cut off. any suggestions
