Default how come pass. head light wont work??

i got my head lights working, except for the passenger side. i thought it was the bulbs so i switched them(from R to L) it still wouldnt work.

-the passenger side turn signal light doesn't light up like the driver side.[but still blinks]

-both high beams light up though.

sounds like it is in the harness of the light bulb, (what the bulb plugs into) and the corner light sounds like the bulb is just smoked

sounds like a harness problem. Fuses are linked to both lights, so only one low beam cant go out if the fuse blows

Not true, it depends on the year. my 99 has 4 seperate fuses, one for high and low on each headlight.

What model car do you have man?

it is a 93 dx hatch. i bought it as a shell and the previous owners had projector head lights. [so the oem bulb harness were missing, i had to reuse the aftermarket harness. it worked but only 1 side] the light fuse under the hood is brand new. light tested and both terminals [L and R] light up. all fuses under dash are good also

Exactly...my 97 is the same way. Check your fuses.

on low beam it doesnt get any power at all. [checked with a light tester]

-it gets power on highbeam, perhaps something is wrong with the wire. im thinking about unwrapping the tape and check but im way lazy.
